You pay a flat rate (starting at $35) per loan file for core services like doc review and file preparation. Add-ons like CD reviews or DMM uploads can be added as needed — no hidden fees, no surprise charges.
How do I submit a file?
Once you fill out the inquiry form or reach out via email, I’ll send over secure submission instructions using Dropbox, Google Drive, or your LOS system (like Encompass360). Files are handled with strict confidentiality.
How fast is turnaround?
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Same-day rush is available for an additional $10 per loan. Subscription clients get priority scheduling and bonus perks.
Do you work with Encompass360?
Yes! I have hands-on experience with Encompass360, Fiserv, DMM Portal, DocuSign, and other LOS tools. I can also work within your internal systems if needed.
